God Performs His Word Through People

After Jeremiah receives his prophetic commission, he records:

“Then the Lord said to me, ‘You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it’” (Jeremiah 1:12).

Please don’t miss this vital truth:

God’s Word—what He watches over to perform—was going to be spoken through a human being. As verses 16–17 confirm:

“I will pronounce My judgments on them… Arise and speak to them all which I command you.”

The pattern is unmistakable: God’s Word, declared through human vessels. This has always been His way.

He Will Establish You

He Will Establish You – A Testimony of the Voice of the Lord

If you will believe, and not harden your heart—that is, your soul, your mind, and your will—He will establish you.

If you will believe and not let logic push Him out…

If you will not let reason cut you down or limit your vision to only what your natural eyes can see…

If you will believe in the calling He has placed upon you and receive the equipping He Himself is providing—then He will surely establish you.

He cannot establish someone who refuses to walk by faith.

He cannot establish those who will not recognize the supernatural elements that surround them.

He cannot establish those who will not believe in the possibility of great good—

or acknowledge that evil can, and does, manifest.

Peter Tan: Touch not His Anointed

The anointing that God places on His vessels is so holy that God warned
others against touching His anointed ones (1 Chronicles 16:22). God takes
no pleasure in those who disrespect His anointing upon His vessels. Miriam
learnt it the hard way (Numbers 12:1-10). It is one sure way of making God angry.

God watches closely over His servants because of His vested interest upon them – the anointing of the Holy Spirit, a most precious substance and holy
heavenly commodity.
