Rick Renner: Showing our Faith

Rick Renner

A person’s message on faith makes a powerful impact on me when I know this person has accomplished great things with his faith. He isn’t just speaking abstract theory — he’s speaking out of his own life experience.

Bennet: Generational Curses

Written by Barry Bennet

What is a Generational Curse?

How often have we heard Christians talking about the need to break generational curses?  Much of what has been taught on this subject borders on unbelief.  Believers that concentrate on curses do not understand the realities of the finished work of the cross.  People are not defeated in life due to being cursed as much as they are perishing due to their lack of knowledge of the Lord.

This is why Jesus said, “Go ye teaching” and did not say, “Go ye breaking curses.”  It is the Truth that sets us free, not some kind of mystical deliverance session. Continue reading

I Think My Granny is Getting Dressed for the Big Trip Back

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will BRING WITH HIM THOSE WHO SLEEP in Jesus.

Six New Revelations by Dake Commentary
All who die in Jesus will be brought back from heaven to be given resurrected bodies (1Th. 4:14; Jn. 5:28-29 1Cor. 15:20-23,35-58 Php. 3:21).
The living in Christ at this time will not die but be changed (1Th. 4: 15-17 1Cor. 15:51-58 2Cor. 5:1-10 Php. 3:21).
This is the coming of the Lord in the air, not His coming to the earth (1Th. 4:15-17 2Th. 2:7, note; Rev. 4:1, note).
The Lord Himself, not some other one, shall descend from heaven to translate the saints (1Th. 4:16; Jn. 14:1-3 1Cor. 15:23,51-58 Php. 3:21).
The dead in Christ shall rise first before the living are changed (1Th. 4:16; 1Cor. 15:23,51-58 Php. 3:21; Jn. 5:28-29).
The church and all in Christ from Abel to this time will be changed from mortality to immortality in body in a moment and will be caught up (raptured) with the dead in Christ to meet the Lord in the air (1Th. 4:17; Jn. 14:1-3 Lk. 21:36; 1Cor. 15:23,51-58 Php. 3:21; 2Cor. 5:1-10 Col. 3:4; 2Th. 2:7, note; Eph. 5:27). 1 Thessalonians 4:13

How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!

… to guide our feet in the way of peace.
